Purchase and Warranty
Are the bikes for sale new or used?
All our bicycles come from Village's rental cycles at selected tourist facilities. They are therefore used bikes , but undergo regular and professional maintenance cycles.
How do you guarantee the quality of used bikes?
Each bike undergoes a rigorous 20-point refurbishment process. Worn parts are replaced, and the bike is inspected by specialized technicians. We offer a 6-month Village Warranty on the frame and mechanical components (excluding parts subject to normal wear and tear).
Condition and Maintenance
What is the aesthetic condition of the bicycles?
As these are ex-rental bikes , they may show normal signs of use (minor scratches on the frame). However, we guarantee that there are no significant aesthetic defects.
How many kilometers have the bikes traveled on average?
Mileage varies. However, our rental cycles are short. All bikes are removed from the rental fleet before reaching a mileage that compromises their reliability or value.
Will I receive the bike already assembled?
Complete bikes are only shipped within Italy. For other countries, the bikes are shipped unassembled due to logistical reasons.
Shipping and Delivery
What are the shipping costs and delivery times in Italy?
Standard shipping within Italy takes 3-5 business days and costs €29.00 . You will see the applicable rate during checkout, after you have entered your address.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all European countries. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and amount to €39.00.
Can I pick up the bike in person?
Yes, if you prefer to save on shipping costs, you can arrange free collection at our central warehouse in Grosseto or Milan, indicating your choice directly during checkout.
